MINDFULNESS BASED STRESS REDUCTION PROGRAM (MBSR)
This 10 week session program is designed to introduce you to mindfulness. The program consists of both an educational and practical component. This course is based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn. The classes are small (maximum 12) giving the student ample time for discussion and practice in a safe and comfortable environment.
